The exhibit area is not a room off to the side or on a different floor where it then becomes challenging to pull delegates in. At CRT/DEMCON the exhibit area is embedded within the conference rooms. Since the exhibit area is in a carpeted conference room all exhibits are table-top style, which also means a super easy set-up/tear-down. All sponsors receive a 6’ draped table, 2 chairs and electrical. Simply bring your 8’x8’ pop-up display (or roll up banners), and you’re ready to meet face-to-face with 350+ EM/BCM professionals eager to find new products and services to help them deliver on their emergency/continuity/resilience management responsibilities
8-Hours of Break Time
All F&B is served within the Exhibit Area, which means automatic delegate traffic multiple times each day directly past your booth. We also stagger break times between the EM and the BCM audience thereby stretching most breaks to 1.5 hours of continuous delegate booth traffic.
