At CRT/DEMCON the exhibit area is embedded within the conference rooms with all food & beverages x 6 networking breaks guaranteeing repeated delegate traffic past your booth. All exhibits are table-top style, meaning a super easy set-up/tear-down. TURNKEY where all sponsors receive a 6’ draped table, 2 chairs and electrical on a floor that is carpeted. Simply bring your 8’x8’ pop-up display (or roll up banners), and in a few minutes you’re ready to meet face-to-face with 350+ EM/BCM professionals eager to find new products and services to help them deliver on their emergency/continuity/resilience management responsibilities!

8-Hours of Break Time Over 2-Days

Emergency managers and business continuity professionals attend their respective Programs separately. As such we schedule their break times in a staggered format thereby stretching most breaks to 1.5 hours of continuous delegate booth traffic. There is very little downtime in the exhibit hall at CRT/DEMCON and your reps will be kept busy!
