David joined Everbridge in April 2020 as its first Chief Transformation Officer with a wealth of experience in harnessing organizational change, driving revenue growth and enabling change management. David previously served as the Chief Information Officer for Sonesta Hotels, currently the fastest growing hotel chain in the US. There he led the strategy and execution of the company’s global technology investments, program management and M&A implementation.

Prior to Sonesta, David served as the Global Vice President, IT for Dunkin’ Brands where he led the worldwide direction and strategy for all field and in-store technology and related resources for more than 20,000 Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins locations in over 70 countries. While there, he was key in the development of the Dunkin’ mobile app and payments innovation which have transformed Dunkin’s consumer experience and business model.

David earned a BA from Wake Forest University and a MS in the Management of Information Technology from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
