Refund, Transfer & Upgrade Policies
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- Transfer to a peer is no charge for this request. Email your request along with the FULL contact information of the new registrant (first/last name, work title, company name, address, phone & email).
- Transfer to 2025 is no charge for this request. Unable to attend the conference for any reason? We will transfer your registration to the 2025 edition of DEMCON.
- Upgrade registration – no charge to upgrade at any time from ONE-DAY to TWO-DAY PLUS. Please contact Conference Management to upgrade.
