Audio is synced with visual presentations and posted online for your learning needs. Up to 25 sessions that includes both CRT & DEMCON but does not include Workshops, Round Tables or Exercise sessions. Available to view at your convenience until January 31, 2027
Option 1 In-Person: add on for a small extra fee   
Option 2 On-Demand ONLY: for those who live/work too far away and do not have the travel budget. Fees shown below = $14/session (Member rate)

Refund, Transfer & Upgrade Policies

  • Registration fees are non-refundable.
  • Upgrade from ONE-DAY to FULL Conference or addon the On-Demand feature, please contact Conference Management to adjust your registration package. Extra fees apply accordingly.
  • Transfer to a peer is no charge for this request. Please email your request along with the FULL contact information of the person to be registered, (first/last name, title, company name, address, phone, email).
  • Transfer to 2027 is no charge for this request. Should you be unable to attend the conference for any reason, we will automatically transfer your registration to the 2027 edition of DEMCON.

Deadline for transfers is October 16, 2026. Please email transfer requests to [email protected]

INTERNATIONAL REGISTRANTS:

  • On-Demand – Register for On-Demand recordings of sessions and with available access anywhere around the world! Fees for On-Demand are 50% of in-person fees. Please email [email protected] for your access code to on-demand registration.
  • In-Person – We recommend that anyone requiring a visa to enter Canada to register first for On-Demand. Then upgrade to In-Person once a travel visa has been obtained.
  • Invitation Letters – Are sent ONLY with payment made in advance – no exceptions
  • Refunds – There are no refunds
